We dispatch our orders Monday - Friday only.
Orders received before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day but we will try our best to dispatch faster.
Any order received after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the NEXT WORKING DAY which will be the following Monday ( this policy also applies to Next Day Deliveries)
UK Standard Delivery typically takes 3 working days.
We also offer a Next Working Day service in the UK (Working Days Mon - Friday).
Please note: Postage for a paid Postal Service and other premium rate delivery methods will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted products however please revert to our returns policy below for details.
For our International/European customers, shipping is as follows:

Please note International customers are responsible for taxes and duties due in their country on importing products.
To be eligible for a return, your box seal on item must not be broken or tampered with and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an order number which must be within 14 days of receipt of goods and reason. You would need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange to obtain your ref code.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed deducting any shipping costs that were applicable, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable against your original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
